About
We're building the official way to run WhatsApp for business.
WA Smart Sender started from a simple observation: businesses across the Arabic-speaking world were running their entire customer relationship through an unofficial WhatsApp-Web extension — one policy change away from losing everything.
Our story
From a browser tab to business infrastructure
wsmartsender.com began as a browser automation tool — useful, fast to adopt, but built on borrowed access to WhatsApp's own web client. It worked, until it didn't: numbers got flagged, sessions dropped, and there was nothing you could do when Meta changed something on their end.
WA Smart Sender is the graduation from that model — the same speed and directness the original tool's users expect, rebuilt on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API as a Meta Business Solution Provider. Same job, done on infrastructure that doesn't disappear overnight.
What we believe
A few things we won't compromise on
Officially compliant, not clever
We build on Meta's own WhatsApp Cloud API instead of finding workarounds. It's slower to ship certain features that way, and it's the only way a business messaging platform should work.
No hidden mechanics
Usage-based billing, visible messaging tiers, and live delivery data — you shouldn't have to guess what a plan gets you or why a message didn't land.
Built for two languages, not translated into one
Arabic and English are both first-class in this product, including full right-to-left support — not a language switcher bolted onto an English-first interface.
