By creating an account or using WA Smart Sender, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the platform on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

WA Smart Sender provides tools to connect a Meta WhatsApp Business Account, manage message templates, automate replies, run campaigns, and view analytics through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

You agree not to use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages outside Meta's opt-in requirements, to send unlawful or fraudulent content, or to attempt to circumvent Meta's messaging policies or our own rate limits and safeguards.

Your use of the platform is also governed by Meta's Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Meta, not us, decides whether to approve message templates or restrict a WhatsApp Business Account. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes on your connected account.

Paid plans are billed based on the plan and usage terms shown in your account at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change means you accept the new pricing.

We own the platform, its software, and its design. You retain ownership of your own content — message templates, contact lists, and campaign data you upload — and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a security risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that Meta will approve any given template, that message delivery will be uninterrupted, or that the service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WA Smart Sender is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by actions Meta takes on a connected WhatsApp Business Account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WA Smart Sender is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Update this section with your actual jurisdiction before treating it as final.

We'll update this page and the "last updated" date above if these terms change materially. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
